At Banz Store, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we've made our return and refund process as simple and stress-free as possible. Please take a moment to read through the details below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
What Can Be Returned
- Loungewear, sleepwear, and apparel items in original, unused condition
- Items with tags still attached and original packaging intact
- Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival
What Cannot Be Returned
- Intimate apparel, including bras, panties, and undergarments — for hygiene reasons — unless received damaged or defective
- Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance promotions
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, altering, or odor (perfume, deodorant, etc.)
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
- Email us at help@banzstore.com or visit our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions along with the return address.
- Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm we've received your item and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it yet, please contact us at help@banzstore.com.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way to guarantee availability is to return your original item and place a new order separately. Alternatively, contact our team and we'll help arrange a direct exchange where possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We're sorry if something arrived wrong! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at help@banzstore.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We're able to make changes only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
