Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

We offer free shipping on orders over a qualifying amount — the exact threshold and any active promotions will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package's journey every step of the way. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account or visiting our Contact Us page for assistance.

Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, courier issues, high-demand periods (such as sales or holidays), or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if any significant delay affects your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Banz Store is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at help@banzstore.com — we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Banz Store is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as "delivered" by the courier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist in investigating with the courier.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse location. You will not be charged extra for split shipments, and you'll receive tracking information for each package.
